We’re looking for a Graphics Designer/Creative Director to lead our brand’s visual direction — from concept to execution — across all digital and print platforms.

As our Graphics Designer/Creative Director, you’ll shape the visual identity of our brand and campaigns, driving engaging, high-quality creative work that connects with our audience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every design aligns with our strategic goals and brand essence
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the conception, design, and execution of compelling visual content across print, digital, and social platforms.
· Develop creative concepts and visual identities for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
· Design high-quality materials including brochures, social media assets, digital ads, presentations, and website visuals.
· Produce and edit engaging videos for storytelling and promotional use.
· Capture and edit photographs for campaigns, events, and publications.
· Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
· Stay ahead of creative trends, tools, and design best practices.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Business Development teams to bring ideas to life.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a creative design or art direction role.
· Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, branding, and digital content creation.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.
· Working knowledge of motion graphics and photography is an added advantage.
· Excellent conceptual, visual, and communication skills.
· Ability to lead creatively, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
