Job Description
Own and grow relationships with CRC Credit Bureau subscribers. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Members/Data Providers, driving satisfaction and retention, acquiring new customers, introducing new services, and meeting revenue targets, while ensuring delivery against SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
o Build and maintain relationships with bureau subscribers to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Identify and acquire new customers.
o Execute customer relationship plans.
o Ensure optimal customer service experience at every client interaction.
o Make recommendations to the Head, Sales and Marketing on customer needs and marketing strategies.
o Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure the delivery of services to Members / Data Providers.
o Achieve revenue targets across different product/ service offerings by CRC.
o Introduce new service offerings to customers.
